Yardscape Solutions LLC was started in 2022 by Roger Penner. In 2023, Roger turned the business over to his son, Alex. Their dedication to quality sheds for sale and first-rate customer service has already earned Yardscape Solutions respect in the Piermont, NH area.

How many miles does “free delivery” include?
Old Hickory Building’s free delivery is 30 miles from the Yardscape Solutions at 2 River Road, Piermont, NH, for inventory buildings and 30 miles from the nearest dealer for custom buildings.

How much room do you need to deliver my Old Hickory Building?
A good guideline is to give us an extra 2′ more than the width of the building and at least 14′ of clearance from the ground to the lowest object, including wires. If you have any doubts, contact Alex/Yardscape Solutions at (603) 348-3902 for a site survey.
How does the Rent-to-Own program work?
The rental company buys the building from Old Hickory Buildings and, in turn, rents it to you for a set price per month for 36, 48, or 60 months. You can pay the building off early to reduce your overall costs. Contact your rental company to for an early payoff amount. Their contact information is on your rental agreement.
You may also voluntarily turn your building in to the rental company if you no longer need it. Contact your rental company to start this process. Their contact information is on your rental agreement.
I have a question about the rental agreement on my Old Hickory Building, who do I talk to?
You need to contact the rent-to-own company you have your contract with. Their contact information is located in your rental agreement.
I have a warranty issue with my Old Hickory Building, who do I contact?

Do you move sheds?
We are happy to move your portable building for you.
If your building is under rental contract, contact your rental company to notify them of the change of address. Not doing so is considered theft.

Do you supply the permits to put a storage shed on my property?
The home owner is responsible for all non-transport permits and approvals. This includes building permits, zoning compliance, HOA compliance, and property boundry set-back compliance. We are not liable for any permits or compliance issues in relation to you or your property.
Do I need a foundation for my Old Hickory Building?
You do not need a foundation for your Old Hickory Building. We will use wood blocking to make the building level or we can use concrete blocks that you supply or purchase from us. Contact Alex/Yardscape Solutions at (603) 348-3902 for concrete block pricing.
Can you turn a shed into a livable home?
While many people convert Old Hickory Buildings into mini-homes or ADUs, you will need to go through your local building and zoning department for approval. Our buildings are classified as non-dwelling place structures.
Can I order my shed with a finished interior?
Old Hickory Buildings/Yardscape Solutions does not finish the interior of the buildings we sell. If you want the interior finished, you will need to contact a contractor to do the work and check with your local building and zoning department for compliance.
