Yardscape Solutions LLC was started in 2022 by Roger Penner. In 2023, Roger turned the business over to his son, Alex. Their dedication to quality sheds for sale and first-rate customer service has already earned Yardscape Solutions respect in the Piermont, NH area.

We had the shed delivered right before Christmas. He was skilled at delivery and getting the shed into place with his specialized delivery trailer. The shed is great quality and construction. My shed was delivered by Alex Penner in a professional and timely manner. I was somewhat skeptical that he could maneuver the shed to its location but Alex was confident he could navigate the various obstacles and the limited driving area. He patiently waited for me to cut in a hole in the floor to accomodate a water pipe, then manipulated the shed perfectly to accept the pipe. Have no reservations about your delivery from Yardscape Solutions.

To start the delivery driver and owner reaches out and asked when was the best time for me to receive my shed,not to mention it was 3 weeks sooner then the original estimate. We agreed on a date. He let me know when he was headed towards my location and when he would arrive. He arrives on time. He single handedly placed my shed in the exact spot I wanted it. But he did by himself. Old Hickory Building’s free delivery is 30 miles from the Yardscape Solutions at 2 River Road, Piermont, NH, for inventory buildings and 30 miles from the nearest dealer for custom buildings.

Sheds deliver free from our lot to all or parts of these towns: Woodsville, NH; Lebanon, NH; Bradford, VT

A good guideline is to give us an extra 2′ more than the width of the building and at least 14′ of clearance from the ground to the lowest object, including wires. If you have any doubts, contact Yardscape Solutions at 603-678-0607 for a site survey.

The rental company buys the building from Old Hickory Buildings and, in turn, rents it to you for a set price per month for 36, 48, or 60 months. You can pay the building off early to reduce your overall costs. Contact your rental company for an early payoff amount. Their contact information is on your rental agreement.

You may also voluntarily turn your building in to the rental company if you no longer need it. Contact your rental company to start this process. Their contact information is on your rental agreement.

You need to contact the rent-to-own company you have your contract with. Their contact information is located in your rental agreement.

If your building is under rental contract, contact your rental company to notify them of the change of address. Not doing so is considered theft.

The home owner is responsible for all non-transport permits and approvals. This includes building permits, zoning compliance, HOA compliance, and property boundary set-back compliance. We are not liable for any permits or compliance issues in relation to you or your property.

You do not need a foundation for your Old Hickory Building. We will use wood blocking to make the building level or we can use concrete blocks that you supply or purchase from us. Contact Yardscape Solutions at 603-678-0607 for concrete block pricing.

While many people convert Old Hickory Buildings into mini-homes or ADUs, you will need to go through your local building and zoning department for approval. Our buildings are classified as non-dwelling place structures.

Old Hickory Buildings/Yardscape Solutions does not finish the interior of the buildings we sell. If you want the interior finished, you will need to contact a contractor to do the work and check with your local building and zoning department for compliance.
